Implementation and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
3. Payments, Pricing & No Refund Policy
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a Summit Pro product or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued
- Access or service begins immediately upon purchase or intake submission
This applies to all digital products and professional services.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, you agree to:

- Grant requested access in a timely manner (read-only where applicable)

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or tools.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Pro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
- Outcomes resulting from implementation or non-implementation of recommendations
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Summit Pro, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered as described.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

- Submission of evidence to Stripe, Shopify Payments, or other processors
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

- Abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected
